A family in Mukuru kwa Njenga, Nairobi, is demanding justice and a thorough investigation following the disappearance and death of seven-year-old Jedida Mwende, a Grade One pupil whose body was later discovered badly burned in the Embakasi area.

Mwende reportedly went missing early last month, prompting her family and members of the local community to begin searching for her. Despite efforts to establish her whereabouts, the search ended tragically when her body was discovered along a roadside in Embakasi.
